摘    要:新世纪对水保科技提出了新的更高的要求。水保科技发展的基本目标是 ,在黄土高原不同类型区建立若干个高标准的水土保持试验示范区 ,提出不同尺度、不同生态类型的综合治理模式、配套技术及管理机制 ;采用现代空间技术和计算机网络技术 ,建立起水土保持监测网络和信息系统、水土保持数据库和决策管理系统 ;探索并解决一批前瞻性、战略性、方向性的重大理论和生产急需的关键性技术问题 ;建立较为完善的人才培养和技术推广体系 ,提高科技对生态建设的贡献率。

Abstract:The new century has put forward new and higher requirements on soil and water conservation science and technology. The basic objectives for the development of soil and water conservation science and technology are as follows: To establish a number of soil and water conservation experimental pilot areas with high standards at different type regions in the loess plateau according to different scales and different comprehensive management mode, complementary technology and management mechanism of ecological type. To establish soil and water conservation monitoring network, information system, data bank and decision making management system by utilizing the technology of modern space and computer network. To probe and solve a lot of strategic and orientated important theories aiming at the future and much needed key technical issues. To establish relative perfect systems of qualified personnel training and technical extension for increasing the contribution ratio of ecological construction.
