培养基种类、玉米素浓度及pH值对蓝莓“美登”组培增殖生长的影响

摘    要:以蓝莓"美登"品种茎段为外植体,研究基本培养基种类、ZT浓度和培养基pH值对其组培苗增殖的影响,结果表明,B5培养基比MS、White和改良WPM更适于"美登"不定芽增殖培养,当B5培养基中加入2.0mg/L ZT时,每株可分化出6.8个不定芽,ZT浓度低于或高于2.0 mg/L时,分化芽数降低,"美登"组培苗生长受到抑制.pH值对美登组培苗增殖生长也有影响,pH值为5.4时分化的芽数最多(11.5个/株),且生长良好.

Abstract:The stems of Blueberry "Blomidon"were used as explant to investigate the kinds of culture medium,the concentration of ZT and pH of medium that affecting the rapid propagation of shoots of Blueberry.The results showed that B5 was more suitable for blueberry in vitro shoot proliferation than MS,White and improved WPM.The B5 supply with 2.0 mg/L ZT differentiated 6.8 shoots and bud differentiation decreased and shoots growth was inhibited when the concentration of ZT below or above 2.0 mg/L.The pH value of medium also had effect on shoots growth and the shoots grew well and the differentiation was up to 11.5/ plant in pH of 5.4.
