| 摘 要： | 山东省有丰富的水产品资源,现有水产品类地理标志商标12件,水产类地理标志产品7种,水产类农产品地理标志3种。本文分析了山东省水产品资源的地理标志保护现状,并从地理标志产品保护模式、地理标志产品专用标志的使用、地理标志水产品国家质量标准的建立等方面,对该省水产品资源的地理标志知识产权保护提出了发展对策。
