| 摘 要： | 猪瘟(Classical swine fever,CSF)是危害世界养猪业的主要传染病之一,以很强的传染性和高致死率为特征。目前猪瘟的流行趋势发生了很大变化,呈现典型猪瘟和非典型猪瘟共存、持续感染与隐性感染共存、免疫耐受和带毒综合征共存等,给猪瘟的防制带来新的挑战。目前,免疫接种依然是猪瘟防制的主要措施,因而开发新型、高效、稳定的猪瘟疫苗具有重要的现实意义。
