| 摘 要： | 结合湖南省区域发展实际，从土地利用强度、土地利用投入、土地利用效益和土地生态环境质量等方面构建综合评价指标体系，利用主成分分析法对2007年湖南省城市土地集约利用水平进行了综合评价分析，研究结果表明：（1）长沙、株洲、湘潭城市群具有较高的土地集约利用水平；（2）湖南省城市土地利用集约水平存在显著差异，从东到西逐渐降低；（3）城市土地集约利用水平高低主要受经济发展水平的影响，集约度的高低与经济发展水平的高低具有一致性。

| Abstract: | From the reality of regional development in Hunan Province,this paper constructed the comprehensive evaluation index system based on land-use intensity,land-use input,land-use benefit and land environmental quality,and also with the method of principal component analysis.It had a integrative evaluation and analysis towards the urban land intensive use level of Hunan Province in 2007.Then,the study showed us the following results：（1） Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration has a relatively high level of urban land use intensive;（2） Intensive level of urban land-use in Hunan Province is significantly different,decreasing from the east to the west;（3） Intensive level of urban land-use is mainly affected by the economic development level,and the two has consistency. |
