摘    要:采用人工控水方法,研究了细叶景天在干旱胁迫下的生理生化指标变化。结果表明:随着胁迫时间的延长,总体变化呈上升趋势的有SOD、质膜相对透性、MDA、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖;而CAT呈先上升而后下降接近于对照的变化;叶绿素含量呈下降趋势。持续20 d的干旱胁迫并未对其观赏效果产生显著影响,表明细叶景天有较强的抗旱能力。

Abstract:The variation of physiological and biochemical indexes of Sedum middenoffianum Maxim in drought stress were studied by man-made controlling water.The results showed that the SOD activity,the plasma membrane permeability,MDA,the soluble protein contents and soluble sugar contents were developed totally as the lengthening of drought stress.But the CAT activity trend was first increased and then decreased close to CK and the total contents of chlorophyll were decreased in drought stress.The omamental effect wa...
