辛夷种子育苗和嫁接繁殖技术

摘    要:2004年~2006年在四川北川县进行辛夷种子育苗和嫁接育苗试验。结果表明,在海拔600 m处育苗效果最好,1 a生苗苗高平均达到70.60 cm,地径0.75 cm,可接率16.00%,海拔高度和成苗率成负相关;春季和秋季播种对成苗率没有显著影响;标准化育苗和常规育苗有着极显著差异,辛夷标准化育苗1 a生平均苗高76.97 cm,地径0.76 cm,可接率16.33%,而常规育苗1 a生平均苗高17.20 cm,地径0.29 cm,可接率为0。嫁接时间对成苗率有着极显著差异,秋季嫁接9月、10月效果最好,分别达到96.50%和91.30%。

Abstract:Tests of seedling raising and grafting reproduction of Magnolia liliflora Desr were conducted in Beichuan County during 2004 - 2006. The results showed that the effect of seedling raising was best at an elevation of 600m and the one-year-old seedlings were 70.60cm in height and 0.75 cm in ground diameter and 16.00% in grafting rate. There was a strong negative correlation between the elevation and the seedling-forming rate. There was no significant difference in seeding breeding in spring or autumn. But there was a significant difference in seeding by traditional reproduction and standardization reproduction. one-year-old seedlings were 76.97cm in height and 0.76 cm in ground diameter and 16.33% in grafting rate by standardization reproduction, but the one -year -old seedlings were 17.2cm in height and 0.29cm in ground diameter and 0% in grafting rate by traditional reproduction. There was a significant difference in grafting time and seedling rate. The seedling rate was very high in autumn, coming to 96. 50% and 91.30% in September and October respectively.
