大蒜多倍体诱导的探究性实验

摘    要:为探究大蒜多倍体诱导的最优条件,实验设计如下:以大蒜鳞茎作为诱导对象,采用正交试验设计方法,对其进行三因子三变量(秋水仙素浓度、光照处理时间、根尖长度)的多倍体诱导实验。实验结果表明,秋水仙素的浓度为0.1%,全光照,根尖的长度为6mm范围时的诱导效果最佳。此研究结果可为在我国尚未被真正作为经济作物并形成相应产业得到开发的大蒜多倍体育种提供良好的技术基础和实用借鉴。

Abstract:In order to explore the optimal conditions for polyploidy induction in Allium sativum L.,this experimental design are as follows: The garlic bulbs were used as induction objects,and using 3 factors and 3 dimensions orthogonal test(colchicine concentration,illumination time,root tip length),show the results that the rate of polyploidy induction can reach the highest rate under the root tip length〉6mm,full illumination and the concentration of colchicine was 0.1%.These findings can provide a base on future studies in polyploidy breeding of Allium sativum.
