玉米根系性状与地上部性状的相关性研究

摘    要:以玉米品种"掖单13"和"丹玉13"为材料,采用大田挖掘法,全生育期系统研究了玉米根系与地上部性状之间的相关关系.结果表明,整个生育期内,根系干重与地上部干重、根系干重与绿叶面积以及根系总吸收面积与绿叶面积均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)."掖单13"根系与叶片中硝酸还原酶(NR)活性呈显著负相关(P<0.05),而"丹玉13"的相关性不显著(P>0.05);两品种根系与叶鞘的NR活性呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),根系与叶片中的可溶蛋白含量、根系与叶鞘中的可溶蛋白含量均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)."掖单13"根系与叶片中的可溶性糖含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),"丹玉13"呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),"掖单13"根系与叶鞘中可溶性糖含量的相关性不显著(P>0.05),"丹玉13"则二者间呈极显著正相关(P<0.01).

Abstract:The shoot and root systems were functionally closely related.This study described the correlation between shoot characters and root characters of maize over the entire crop season to contribute to the understanding of shoot-to-root relationships.A field experiment was conducted to investigate the correlations between the characters of roots and those of aerial parts of maize with two varieties Yedan-13 and Danyu-13.The results showed significant correlations between them in the whole growth stage.Root dry weight had significant correlations with shoot dry weight,and green leaf area(P<0.01).Total absorption area of root was correlated with green leaf area significantly(P<0.01).There was a significant correlation between soluble sugar of root and soluble sugar of leaf for Yedan-13(P<0.05),whereas no significant correlation was observed between soluble sugar of root and soluble sugar of vagina for Yedan13.But there were no significant correlations between soluble sugar of root and vagina for the two varieties.The significant correlations were observed between soluble sugar of root and leaf and between soluble sugar of root and vagina for Danyu-13(P<0.01).The significant correlations were observed between NR activity of root system and vagina,soluble protein of root system and leaf and vagina,and solubility sugar of root system and leaf and vagina.
