| 摘 要： | 运用产权经济理论，从产权结构、地租形式和租约期限等方面分析了土地产权制度对农业基础设施建设的影响，并对当前我国农村的土地产权关系及其对农业基础设施建设的影响进行了分析。分析结果表明，只有适应市场经济的要求，明确土地所有权主体，给予农民充分的财产权利，以市场竞争为基础建立符合商品经济要求的土地所有权——产权契约关系，才能为从根本上解决我国的农业基础设施发展问题奠定一个良好的制度基础。

| Abstract: | With the economic theory of property rigts,this paper analysed the influence of land property rights on agriculture infrastructure development. From the aspects of property right structure,land rent forms and tease term.The state of rural land property rights in China now and its influence on agriculture infrastructure development also have been analysed.The results show that the mainbody of the land ownership should be made clear, considerable property rights bestowed to farmers, the contract relations of land ownership-property rights-based on the market competition established in order to lay a good systematic foundation for solving the problem of agriculture infrastructure development in China. |
