摘    要:以‘金丰早熟大叶三’黄瓜品种为研究对象,对其施加不同量的K2O进行处理,在开花前对叶绿素、可溶性糖、气孔开度、光合强度的测定、呼吸强度、维生素C、脯氨酸含量、过氧化氢酶活性、过氧化物酶活性以及苗期的根系活力等指标进行测定。试验结果表明:增施钾肥可以提高黄瓜幼苗叶片中脯氨酸、维生素C和叶绿素的含量,增强过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶的活性,增大叶片气孔开度,光合速率和根系活力显著上升,可溶性糖含量显著下降。K2O对黄瓜苗期生长具有促进作用。

The K2O Influence on the Cucumber Physiological Indicators in Its Seedling Stage

Abstract:The research object is the No.3 Jinfeng Precocious Big Leaf cucumber, which is processed with different quantity of K2O. Before its blossoms, the indicators, such as the content of chlorophyll , soluble sugar, blowhole opening, photosynthesis intensity determination, breathing intensity, Vitamin C, proline content, catalase activeness, and the root system vigor in seeding stage, are determined. The experiment result shows that increasing potassium fertilizer can improve the content of proline, Vitamin C and chlorophyll in the cucumber seedling leaves, enhance the activeness of the catalase and peroxide enzyme, increase the leaf blade blowhole opening and remarkably strenghen the root system vigor, as well as remarkably drop the soluble sugar content. K2O has a catalytic effect on the cucumber seedling growth.
