| 摘 要： | 目前,利用根癌农杆菌介导方法获得了许多转基因植株,由于甘薯本身的特性致使部分甘薯的遗传转化受到限制,但在研究过程中可根据不同甘薯品种选择不同的受体、条件,用根癌农杆菌介导的方法也获得了成功。综述了根癌农杆菌介导法的转化机理及影响根癌农杆菌转化甘薯效率的诸多因素,如:植物基因型、转化受体、菌液浓度、选择标记等,以及采用遗传工程技术改良甘薯品种的进展。

| Abstract: | It is an important way to obtain transgenic sweet potato plants by Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation.In this review the principle of the transformation mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens was described,the effect of factors including genotypes of sweet potato,kind of explants,density of agrobacterium culture etc on the transformation efficiency of sweet potato was discussed,and the development and prospect of genetic sweet potato obtained by Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation were discussed. |
