摘    要:本文采用不同浓度(0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5mmoL/L)的水杨酸溶液处理盐胁迫(9g/L)下的辣椒(Capsicum annuum L.)种子,旨在研究水杨酸对盐胁迫下辣椒种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响。试验结果表明:0.3mmoL/L的水杨酸和(9g/L)NaCL处理下的辣椒种子的发芽势和发芽率最高;处理下的幼苗的根系活力、叶绿素含量亦最高。认为低浓度(0.3mmoL/L)水杨酸溶液对盐胁迫下辣椒种子的萌发和幼苗的生长有促进作用。

Abstract:Different concentrations (0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, and 0.5 mmoL/L) of salicylic acid solution were used in salt-stressed(9 g/L)seeds of Capsicum annuum L. aimed to observe their germination and growth of seedlings. The results showed that germination potential and germination rate of salt-stressed seeds treated with 0.3 mmoL/L salicylic acid solution is largest.
