| 摘 要： | 对慈溪市农产品批发市场7类蔬菜20种农药残留情况进行了定点跟踪监测。结果表明，2008年蔬菜农药残留超标率具有先上升后下降的季节变化；豆类、果菜类、茎类和叶菜类的农药残留超标率高于其他种类蔬菜，外地蔬菜要好于本地蔬菜；4个季度的蔬菜质量安全指数均小于1，没有安全风险；从农药污染综合值评价，乙酰甲胺磷、氧化乐果、三唑磷、氰戊菊酯是影响慈溪市蔬菜质量安全的主要因素。

| Abstract: | Twenty pesticide residues in seven kinds of vegetables at wholesale markets in Cixi were investigated.The results indicated that the pesticide residues showed seasonal changes as higher in early year and lower in late year.The excessive rates of legume,fruit,stalk and leafy vegetables were higher than that of other vegetables.Pesticide residues of vegetables shipped from outside Zhejiang were lower than those produced locally.The safety indexes of vegetable quality were lower than 1 in the four quarters,and there was no safety risk.Acephate,fenvalerate,triazophos and omethoate were the primary factors affecting the safety of vegetables quality in Cixi. |
