骆驼蓬地上部总黄酮提取工艺的优化

摘    要:以骆驼蓬地上部提取液中总黄酮含量为指标,按正交试验设计,比较超声波提取和热回流提取骆驼蓬总黄酮率的高低.试验结果表明无论以茎叶或种子为提取原料,热回流提取法都获得最高的总黄酮提取率.其最佳提取工艺为以茎叶为原料提取,样液比(W/W)15∶1、时间25 min、乙醇浓度75%、次数3;以种子为原料提取,样液比25∶1、时间25 min、乙醇浓度90%、次数1.在实际应用中,有必要将种子和茎叶分开提取,并将2种提取方法有效结合起来.

Abstract:The present paper was to compare the flavonoids content in the extracts from the aboveground of Peganum hurmulu.L between the ultrasonic extraction method and the reflux method using the orthogonal design of expeiriments.The results suggested that it was the reflux method which got the highest flavonoid content in the extracts whenever the seeds or the stems and leaves were used as the samples.When the stem and leaf was used as the sample,the optimal extracting parameters were as the following:the ratio of solvent to sample (W/W)15:1,extracting duration 25 min,solvent 75%ethanol,extracting time thrice.When the seeds were used as the samples,the optimal extracting parameters were as the following:the ratio of solvent to sample (W/W)25:1, extracting duration 25min,solvent 90% ethanol,extracting time once.In the practical use,it is necessary to combine the two extrtacting methods and extract from the seeds,and the stems & leaves respectively.
