| 摘 要： | 工程造价的高低直接反应投资效益的好坏,工程造价充分体现了建设项目的管理水平和工作质量,因此工程造价的控制在建设管理中具有重要的作用。工程概预算不仅可以有效分析和控制工程造价,并且对控制工程投资规模和缩短建设工期,提高投资效益也具有重要的作用。本文主要分析工程概预算与工程造价对工程项目的作用。

| Abstract: | The level of project budget reflect the quality of the investment benefit directly. fhe project buctget can also reflect the level of management and working quality. As a consequence, the control of project budget plays main role in the construction management. The project budget can not only analyze and control project cost, but al- so control investment scale,shorten construction period and improve investment benefit. The particle mainly analy- zes the effect for the project budget and project cost to project. |
