| 摘 要： | 以植物园洋丁香茎段为试验材料,利用组织培养技术,筛选出诱导分化、继代增殖和生根的最佳培养基。结果表明:芽继代增殖培养基为:1/3MS+2,4D0.05(mg/L)+IBA2.0(mg/L)+NAA0.2(mg/L),最佳壮苗培养基为1/3MS+6-BA0.2(mg/L)+IBA1.0(mg/L)。最适合的生根培养基为MS+NAA0.2(mg/L)+IBA2.0(mg/L)+GA0.5(mg/L)。

| Abstract: | Taken the stem segment of Syring vulgaris from botanical garden as experiment material, the research u- ses tissue technology to choose the best culture medium based on induced differentiation,proliferation and root in- duction. The results shows that： bud proliferation culture medium is 1/3MS ＋ 2,4DO. 05 （mg/L） ＋ IBA2.0 （mg/ L） ＋ NAA0. 2（mg/L） ; the best Strong seedling culture medium is 1/3MS ＋ 6 -BA0. 2（mg/L） ＋ IBA1.0（ mg/ L） ; culture medium that is suit to root is MS ＋ NAA0.2（mg/L） ＋ IBA2. 0（mg/L） ＋ GA0. 5 （mg/L）. |
