罗曼蛋鸡饲粮养分转化率的研究

摘    要:对合肥市蜀山种鸡场 2 0 0只 40~ 44周龄罗曼蛋鸡日采食饲粮量及养分量和日产蛋成分量等进行了 3 4d的实测 ,在此基础上 ,测算了鸡对饲粮主要养分的转化率 ;并考察了温、湿度因子对其影响。结果表明 :温度对产蛋率、DM、CP、EE、Sac、Ash、Ca、P、Lys、Met、Trp、Thr、Val、Phe、Ile、Arg、His转化率影响显著 (P <0 .0 5 )或极显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;对只日采食饲粮、料蛋比、Leu转化率影响不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;湿度对上述指标观测值的影响均不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。

Abstract:During 4 d(March 24,1999-April 26,1999,air temperature of poultry house:8.2-22.3℃,RH:61.3%-96.7%),the diet and nutrient intake and egg nutrient production daily of 200 Loman Laying hens of 40-44wks old in Shushan poultry farm of Hefei were measured actually.Based on the actual measurements,the principal nutrient conversion efficiencies in diet fed to hens calculated,and the effects of air temperature and RH on these efficiencies were investgated.The results were as follows.Daily intake(g or KJ) of the elow matter of energy of per hen was:diet 117.5,DM 102.8,CP 19.9,E.E 3.0,Sac 65.0,Ash 15.0,Ca 4.2,P 0.9,ME 1318.0.The nutrient conversion efficiencies(%) of diet to egg by hens were:DM 14.54,CP 26.05,E.E 154.89,Sac 0.74,Ash 30.42,Ca 36.55,P 11.40,Lys 29.81,Met 39.87,Trp 42.36,Thr 32.31,Val 36.63,Phe 25.82,Arg 23.92,His 23.55.The effects of air temperature on laying rate,DM,CP,E.E,Sac,Ash,Ca,P,Lys,Met,Trp,Thr,Val,Phe,He Arg,His conversion efficiencies were larger (P<0.05 of P<0.01), but the effects of air temperature on daily feed intake,ratio of feed to egg,Leu conversion efficiency were small( P> 0.05).The effects of air RH on the upper parameters were small( P > 0.05 ).
