酒葡萄感染霜霉病后叶片中4项生化指标的变化

摘    要:通过对9个不同抗性的酒葡萄品种接种霜霉病菌,在接种后4,8,12d分别测定叶片POD、SOD活性以及司溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖含量。结果表明:SV6059、赤霞珠的POD酶活性在接种后4,8,12d呈递减趋势。梅鹿辄、夏夫拉尼、华北264、齐哈维里的酶活性呈递增趋势;除拉别长依、霞多丽外,其余品种的SOD活性在接种后4d高于对照,并且在接种后4,8,12d呈递减趋势;赤霞珠、拉别长依的可溶性蛋白质含量在接种后4,8,12d呈递减趋势。SV6059无明显变化规律。其余品种的可溶性蛋白质含量在接种后4,8,12d呈递增趋势;除霞多丽外,其余供试品种的可溶性糖含量在接种后4,8,12d呈递减趋势。这些结果表明,不同抗性的酒葡萄品种感染霜霉病后的抗病机制不同。

Abstract:The activities of Peroxidase (POD),Superoxide dismutase(SOD),the contents of soluble sugars and soluble protein in different grapevine varities were examind at different day after inoculated Plasmopara viticola.The results showed that the activity of POD was gradually decrease in SV6059,Cabernet sauvignon after inoculated. The activity of POD was gradually increase in Xiafulani,Merlot,Huabei264,Qihaweili;The activity of SOD in varieties were higher than control after inoculated 4 d except Chardonnay and Labiechangyi,and gradually decrease after inoculated ;The contents of soluble protein in Cabernet sauvignon,Labiechangyi were gradually decrease after inoculated.SV6059 have no regular changes.The soluble protein of other varieties were gradually increase after inoculated;The contents of soluble sugars were gradually decrease after inoculated except Chardonnay.The results showed that different grapevine varieties have different resistant theory after infection Plasmopara viticola.
