紫外-可见分光光度法测定蜂胶胶囊中总黄酮含量的探讨

摘    要:采用UV-1700紫外-可见分光光度计对蜂胶胶囊中总黄酮的含量进行测定。结果表明:蜂胶胶囊中总黄酮含量的平均值为198mg.g-1,同一样品重复进样6次,其相对标准偏差(RSD)的平均值为1.83%,三个浓度加样回收率的平均值为99.64%。从实验结果可以看出,分光光度法是检测蜂胶中总黄酮含量的一种有效、可行、简便的方法。

Abstract:using UV- 1700 ultraviolet- radiation and visible- infrared spectrometer to measure the content of total flavonoids in propolis capsule, the results show that the average content of total flavonoids in propolis is 198mg·g^-1, repeat use the same sample introduction 6 times and the average rate of RSD is 1.83 %, the average rate of sample recovery on 3 concentration is 99.64%. So can conclude that it is effective and feasible to detect the content of total flavonoids in propolis capsule by ultraviolet radiation and visible - infrared spectrometer method.
