核电站离心式上充泵多工况水力设计

摘    要:离心式上充泵为多级双壳体结构,根据核电站系统要求,其水力性能需同时满足5个工况点.为实现上充泵多工况水力设计,在系统总结离心泵非设计工况研究进展的基础上,提出了多种叶轮水力设计方案优化组合与叶轮多工况水力设计相结合的技术,并进行了上充泵多工况水力设计实践.利用多级离心泵叶轮组合原则对上充泵所要求的多工况点进行拆分,得到不同叶轮性能曲线优化组合设计方案,分别进行首级叶轮、2-4级叶轮和5-12级叶轮水力设计.按照设计方案制造4级泵样机(转速2 950 r/min),并进行性能试验.试验结果换算到4 500 r/min与规定值对比表明,有4个工况点满足要求,大于规定值2.6%;仅最大流量工况扬程偏低,低于规定值11.8%,实现了多工况水力设计目的.
