摘    要:针对旋耕机210普箱的结构特点,应用模态分析理论对其进行了约束模态的有限元分析。在Pro/E软件中建立了210普箱的三维实体模型,在有限元分析软件ANSYS中采用四面体单元对其进行了网格划分,建立了箱体的有限元模型。采用Block Lanczos法进行模态求解,计算出箱体前10阶约束模态的固有频率和相应振型,通过振型分析找到了箱体振动的薄弱部位,并提出了相应的修改措施,为箱体结构的改进设计及其动态响应分析提供了理论依据。
