摘    要:给出了环模受力的解析表达,定义了环模的等效弹性模量,实验验证了等效弹性模量的有效性。研究得出了环模应力、应变与弹性模量之间的关系。从等效弹性模量出发对现有直径420mm虾料环模进行了有限元分析,在此基础上进行了结构优化。优化后的环模在保证强度的前提下,比原型环模多打孔4 136个,提高开孔率23%。

Abstract:Ring die is a key component in feed mill machine,the hole drilling rate affects the efficiency of the pellet production.In this paper,force of the ring die is analyzed;the equivalent elastic modulus of ring die is defined and verified.The relation among the stress,strain and elastic modulus is also obtained.The equivalent elastic modulus is applied to FEM analysis of shrimp feed ring die which diameter is 420mm.According to the analysis results,a structural optimal scheme of the ring die that drilled more 4...
