重瓣非洲菊的组培技术研究

摘    要:取重瓣非洲菊幼小花托 ,以MS为基本培养基 ,附加不同生长调节剂及浓度水平诱导愈伤组织形成不定芽进行组培研究。结果表明 :重瓣非洲菊幼小花托在MS +BA 5 0mg·L-1+NAA 0 5mg·L-1培养基上能很好地诱导形成愈伤组织并分化出不定芽 ,诱导率 91 8% ;MS +KT 5 0mg·L-1+IAA 0 5mg·L-1培养基对不定芽增殖效果较好 ,增殖倍数达4 4 4 ;生根培养基为 1/ 2MS +NAA 1 0mg·L-1,生根率达 98%。选择河泥 +细沙 (2∶1)混合作移栽基质 ,成活率达 90 %以上。

Abstract:The results indicated that the young receptacle of double Gerbera jamesonii can be finally induced to form the callus and differentiate out the adventitious bud with the culture medium MS+BA 5.0 mg·L~(-1)+NAA 0.5 mg·L~(-1),the induction rate was 91.8%;the adventitious bud multiplication effect was relatively good with the culture medium MS+KT5.0 mg·L~(-1)+IAA 0.5 mg·L~(-1),the multiplication multiple reached 4.44;the rooting rate reached 98% with the rooting culture medium 1/2MS+NAA 1.0 mg·L~(-1).The survival rate reached 90% and more with the transplantation medium the mixture of the river mud and fine sand (2∶1).
