| 摘 要： | 摩尔多瓦于2004年7月制定了《农业部门生产风险补贴保险法》，为实现农业保险制度顺利转型提供了制度保障。介绍了该法的立法背景和主要内容，并分析了其对我国制定政策性农业保险法的借鉴意义。
