不同熟期大豆品种球蛋白亚基积累的研究

摘    要:利用SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,分析了早熟大豆品种晋大75和晚熟大豆品种晋大53在开花后不同时期球蛋白亚基积累的变化以及其与品质的关系。结果表明:不同亚基的积累规律不同,在合成积累的时间顺序上存在差异,早熟、晚熟品种水溶蛋白和盐溶蛋白的低分子量蛋白亚基(B、C、D区)在开花后15 d开始逐渐合成,早熟品种的高分子量球蛋白亚基(A′、A区)在开花后15 d开始合成,比晚熟品种提前20~25 d。晋大75水溶蛋白的剧增期在开花50~65 d,而盐溶蛋白的剧增期在开花后30~35 d和50~65 d;晋大53水溶蛋白的剧增期为开花后25~30 d和70~75 d,盐溶蛋白的剧增期在开花后30~35 d和50~65 d。

Abstract:The accumulating variation of prolamine subunits were analyzed in the different soybean cultivars,early-maturing soybean cultivar Jinda75 and late-maturing soybean cultivar Jinda53 by SDS-PAGE,and the relationship between variation and quality was discussed in this paper.Results indicated that the accumulating variation of different subunits was different,and the sequence of times that partial protein subunits synthetized and accumulated was different,the accumulation of lower weight albumin and gobulin subunits(B、C、D region) in the early-maturing and late-maturing soybean cultivar began to accumulate in 15 days after flowering;the accumulation of high weight albumin and gobulin subunits(A'、A region) accumulated mainly 15 days after flowering,generally the accumulating of albumin and gobulin subunits in the early-maturing soybean cultivar was 20~25 days earlier than that in the late-maturing soybean cultivar.The quickly-increasing period of albumin of Jinda75 was in 50~65 days after flowering,and that of gobulin was in 30~35 days,50~65 days after flowering;The quickly-increasing period of albumin of Jinda53 was in 25~30 days,70~75 days,and that of gobulin was in 30~35 days,50~65 days after flowering.
