甘肃省岷县当归病害调查及叶斑病田间药剂筛选

摘    要:2012-2016年对岷县当归(Angelica sinensis)病害的种类进行了调查,并对褐斑病和细菌性叶斑病进行了防治试验。结果表明,岷县当归病害主要为腐烂茎线虫(麻口)病(Ditylenchus destructor)、根腐病(Fusarium sp.)、褐斑病(Septoria sp.)、白粉病(Erysiphe heraclei)、灰霉病(Botrytis sp.)、炭疽病(Colletotrichum dematium)、菌核病(Sclerotinia sp.)、水烂病(Pseudomonas fluorescens)、细菌性油脉病、细菌性斑点病(病原待定)和病毒病(番茄花叶病毒ToMV);80%代森锰锌、10%苯醚甲环唑、70%甲基硫菌灵和46.1%氢氧化铜对当归褐斑病防效较好,分别为64.83%、59.66%、53.84%和51.56%;46.1%氢氧化铜、50%多菌灵和70%甲基硫菌灵对当归细菌性叶病防效较好,分别为74.20%、59.67%和58.07%;该研究结果为当归病害的诊断和防治提供了依据。

Abstract:The diseases of Angelica sinensis were surveyed in the Minxian district of Gansu Province from 2012 to 2016 and fungicide for controlling leaf spot diseases were tested.In total,11 diseases have been identified in this region.These include nematode disease (Ditylenchus destructor),root rot (Fusarium sp.),brown spot (Septoria sp.),powdery mildew (Erysiphe heraclei),gray mold (Botrytis sp.),anthracnose disease (Colle-totrichum dematium ), sclerotinia (Sclerotinia sp.), water rot (Pseudomonas fluorescens ), viral disease (ToMV),and two bacterial diseases.With regard to Angelica brown spot disease,treatment with 80% man-cozeb,10% difenoconazole,70% thiophanate methyl,or 46.1% copper hydroxide reduced the disease index by 64.83%,59.66%,53.84%,and 51.56%,respectively.With regard to bacterial leaf spot disease,treatment with 46.1% copper hydroxide,50% carbendazim,or 70% thiophanate methyl reduced the disease index by 74.20%,59.67%,and 58.07%,respectively.These results provide the basis for the control of Angelica disea-ses in Minxian County of Gansu Province.
