苏云金杆菌与杀灭菊酯防治红铃虫的试验

摘    要:苏云金杆菌(Bailus thuringiensis)140或018工业菌剂每亩用200~255克,加杀灭菊酯20%乳剂每亩8毫升混用防治第二、三代红铃虫,虫口减退率和铃害下降率分别为80.5~93.4%和68.8~84.6%;杀灭菊酯每亩40毫升单用效果分别为96~97.2%和84.6~95.8%,都能有效控制红铃虫的危害。棉花产量测定表明,菌剂加菊酯混用使皮棉增加21.3~30.9%,菊酯单用增加11.4%。

Abstract:Field tests using BT140 (var.iwuhanensis) or BT018 (varo morisoni)powders plus Surnicidin 20% EC and Sumicidin 20% EC alone for pink bollworm control showed that BT+S and S alone both were very effective.The pink bollworm population was reduced by 80.5~93.4% on 2nd generation and 68.8~84.6% on 3rd generation by using BT powder at 200~250 g/mu plus Surnicidin 8 ml/mu,with 3 applications for each generation,each time 751 liquid/mu was used.While Surnicidin 20% EC alone used at 40 ml/mu level the population was reduced by 96~97.2% on 2nd generation and 84.6~95.8% on 3rd generation. The yields of ginned cotton were increased by 21.3~30.9% with BT 140 or BT018+Sumicidin and 11.4% Surnicidin used alone.In the other treatment,BT+cotton seedoil bait,the effect on the population was insigifieant but the yield of cotton was increased by 17.8~18.8% over the untreated plot.
