摘    要:对4种相思树木材进行了纤维形态测定和化学成份分析及制浆性能的优化研究,结果表明,纹荚相思树木材柔性和纤维素含量最高,经优化得出蒸煮制浆工艺,用碱量15%(Na2O),硫化度25%,保湿时间2 h(保湿温度170℃),纸浆硬度(高锰酸钾值)为15.3,纸浆得率可达52.83%.由此可见,纹荚相思树是较好的造纸用速生阔叶材.

Abstract:The chemical compositions of four introduced Acacia species wood were measured and the fiber configuration were analyzed in this paper,moreover,their pulping performances were optimized.The results showed Acacia aulacocarpa possessed the highest flexible coefficient and cellulose content.Furthermore, pulping technique of cooking were optimized,the optimized parameters were as follows:alkali content was 15%(content of Na_2O),sulfidity was 25%,wet-keeping time 2 h.(wet-keeping temperature(170 ℃),)hardness was 15.3(KMnO_4 value),yield was 52.83%.Based on above,A.aulacocarpa is a better kind of fast growing hard wood for pulp & paper.
