| 摘 要： | 目的]为红景天的综合利用提供参考。方法]以红景天干药材为材料,用不同浓度(50%、70%、85%)的乙醇提取总黄酮,确定总黄酮的最佳提取条件。以枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、短小杆菌、大肠杆菌为供试菌种,对红景天乙醇提取物的抑菌效力进行测定。结果]用50%乙醇提取红景天24 h左右时,其总黄酮提取率最高,为1.309%;红景天中的总黄酮仅对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌有抑制作用,抑菌圈直径分别为21.25、6.33 mm;红景天乙醇粗提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌都有抑制作用,抑菌圈直径分别为10.41、10.48、12.07 mm。结论]红景天中可能存在对枯草芽孢杆菌、短小杆菌起抑制作用的成分。

| Abstract: | Objective] The objective was to provide the reference for the comprehensive utilization of Rhodiola rosea L.Method] With the dry medic material of R.rosea as the material,the total flavonoids was extracted by using the ethanol with different concn.(50%,70%,85%)and the optimum extracting condition was determined.With Bacillus subitilis,Stapshylococcus aureus,Brevibacterium pumilus,Escherichia coli as tested strain,the antibiotic efficacy of ethanol extract from R.rosea was detected.Result] When R.rosea was extracted with 50% ethanol for 24 h,the extracting rate of its total flavonoids was the highest,being 1.309%.The total flavonoids from R.rosea had inhibition only on S.aureus and E.coli and their diameters of inhibition circles were 21.25,6.33 mm resp.The coarse ethanol extract from R.rosea had inhibition on S.aureus,E.coli,B.subitilis and their diameters of inhibition circles were 10.41,10.48,12.07 mm resp.Conclusion] R.rosea maybe had the antibiotic component to B.subitilis and E.coli. |
