| 摘 要： | 在农业供给侧结构性改革背景下,为了科学评估广西农业循环经济发展的现状,推进农业绿色发展,以农业循环经济"4R"原则为基础,采用德尔菲法结合层次分析法、变异系数法和灰色关联分析法对广西壮族自治区2006—2015年的农业循环经济发展进行综合评价。结果表明:2006—2015年广西农业循环经济整体水平不断提高,经济社会发展、生态环境质量保持稳定的上升趋势,资源减量投入是阻碍其农业循环经济发展的主要因素。最后,依据评价结果和障碍因素诊断结果提出了促进广西农业循环经济发展的政策建议。

| Abstract: | In the context of agricultural supply side reform, in order to scientifically evaluate the situation of circular economy development of Guangxi agriculture, promote agricultural green development, based on the agricultural circular economy "4R" principle, the development of agricultural circular economy in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from 2006 to 2015 was comprehensively evaluated by Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process, coefficient of variation and grey relational analysis.Results: The overall level of agricultural circular economy in Guangxi continuously increased from 2006 to 2015, the economic and social development and the quality of the ecological environment have maintained a steady upward trend, the reduction of resources input is a major obstacle to the development of agricultural circular economy.Finally, this authors puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the development of agricultural circular economy in Guangxi according to the evaluation results and obstacle diagnosis results. |
