叶中含梗率对烤烟打叶加工质量的影响

摘    要:为提高烟叶的打叶复烤质量,降低加工片叶中的含梗率,在贵州黔西南和广西伊灵复烤厂采用工厂实际生产加工方法研究不同烟叶含梗率对打叶复烤烟叶质量的影响。结果表明:在烟叶不同含梗率中,烤前烟叶中的大片叶随叶中含梗率的降低呈下降趋势,且对综合质量和油分较好烟叶的影响较小,对质量稍差烟叶的影响较大;碎片率变化不明显;含梗率和粗梗率呈下降趋势。烤后烟叶中的大片叶、中片叶和小片叶随叶中含梗率的降低呈下降趋势,碎片叶小幅升高,含梗率和粗梗率显著下降,大片叶占大中片叶的比例下降。加工后烟叶的出梗率随叶中含梗率降低而升高,出片叶率降低。因此,在打叶复烤环节,建议加工上等烟叶的含梗率以1.5%、中下等烟叶的含梗率以2.0%为宜。

Abstract:The effect of different stem ratio on threshing and redrying quality of flue-cured tobacco was studied under the actual productive processing pattern to improve threshing and redrying quality of fluecured tobacco and reduce stem ratio after redrying.Results:The large leaf shows a declining trend with reduction of stem ratio before redrying.The reduction of stem ratio has less effect on tobacco leaves with good comprehensive quality and high oil content but a great effect on tobacco leaves with poor quality.The reduction of stem ratio has no obvious effect on fragmentation rate of tobacco leaves but the stem ratio and thick stem ratio both present a declining trend.The large leaf,medium leaf and small leaf all show a declining trend with reduction of stem ratio after redrying The fragment leaf slightly rises with reduction of stem ratio but the stem ratio and thick stem ratio decrease significantly.The proportion of large leaf in total large and medium leaves decreases.The stem ratio increases with reduction of stem ratio but the leaf rate decreases with reduction of stem ratio after redrying.In conclusion,the suitable stem ratio of firstclass tobacco leaves and lower-middle-class tobacco leaves is 1.5 % and 2.0% for threshing and redryingprocessing respectively.
