摘    要:为山新杨种质资源的利用奠定基础,以WPM为基础,探究NAA和6-BA不同浓度配比对山新杨叶片不定芽诱导的影响。结果表明:在WPM+NAA 0.4mg/L+6-BA 2mg/L培养基上,山新杨叶片的分化率最高,为100%,平均分化芽数为2.60,且多为单株,长势好。在叶片分化率相同的情况下该方法比以往研究方法提前15d获得不定芽。山新杨对卡那霉素和草丁膦的耐受浓度分别为25mg/L和1mg/L,对卡那霉素耐受的临界浓度较以往方法有所降低。

Abstract:Based on WPM media, the impact on the plantlet regeneration of Shanxin poplar adventitious buds with different concentrations and ratio of NAA and 6-BA was explored, which aimed to provide the scientific basis for utilization of Shanxin poplar.Results:The optimum medium for induction of Shanxin poplar adventitious buds is WPM+NAA 0.4 mg/L+6-BA 2 mg/L which have 100% differentiation rate and average 2.60 buds.In addition, this group had many individual plant and grew well, and it can obtain adventitious buds 15 days early.Studies on the tolerance of Kanamycin and Glufosinate-ammonium found that the critical concentration were 25 mg/L and 1 mg/L respecially, and Kanamycin resistance was lower than that of previous literature.
