摘    要:为茶叶上安全使用西玛津及制定其最大残留限量(MRL)国家标准提供科学依据,通过田间试验和室内检测,研究西玛津在茶园土壤中的残留消解动态及在茶叶和土壤中的残留特性与安全风险。结果表明:西玛津在土壤中的半衰期为8.7~9.7d,药后30d消解89%以上。地面喷雾50%西玛津可湿性粉剂1 875g a.i./hm~2和2 812.5g a.i./hm~2,施药7d后收获的茶叶中西玛津残留量均低于0.05 mg/kg(MRL)。西玛津在茶叶上的安全间隔期为7d。

Abstract:To provide a scientific basis for the safe use and formulation of standards of maximum residue limits for simazine in tea,a field experiment and laboratory testing were conducted to reveal residual degradation dynamics of simazine in soil and the final residues and security risk of simazine in tea and soil.Results:The half-life of simazine in soil were 8.7~9.7 d,residue degradation rate in soil 30 d after application was above 89%.When the soil in tea field was sprayed with 1 875 g a.i./hm2 and 2 812.5 g a.i./hm2 simazine 50% WP,the application was done 7 d before harvesting,the residue of simazine in the harvested tea was lower than 0.05 mg/kg (MRL).It demonstrated that the preharvest interval of simazine on tea was 7 d.
