| 摘 要： | 为降低烤烟育苗生产成本,培育适合井窖式移栽的烟苗,采用温室育苗试验方法研究3种基质装盘量对烟苗生长发育的影响。结果表明:烟苗生长状况与装盘基质量呈正相关。其中,基质常规装盘量处理(T1)烟苗的叶、茎和根鲜重分别较2/3常规量(T3)处理高48.91%、47.06%和81.25%,差异显著;与4/5常规量(T2)处理无明显差异,但T2的成本较T1减少57.15元/hm~2。综合考虑烟苗素质及经济投入,建议基质装盘量控制在4/5常规量以上。

| Abstract: | The effects of three different substrate volumes on growth and development of tobacco seedlings were studied by a floating seedling test to reduce production cost of tobacco seedling raising and cultivate suitable tobacco seedlings for well-cellar transplanting.Results:The growth status of tobacco seedlings is positively related to substrate volume.The fresh weight of leaf,stem and root of tobacco seedlings raised under the conventional substrate volume (T1) is 48.91％,47.06％ and 81.25％ higher than that under 2/3 conventional substrate volume (T3) respectively.There is no obvious difference in fresh weight of leaf,stem and root of tobacco seedlings between T1 and T2 (4/5 conventional substrate volume) but the production cost of T2 is 57.15 Yuan/hm2 lower than T1.In conclusion,the substrate volume in tobacco floating seedling system should be above 4/5 conventional volume considering seedling quality and economic input overall. |
