| 摘 要： | 为薏苡仁化学成分的深入研究及其资源开发利用提供参考,对薏苡仁的脂肪酸及酯类、薏苡素、多糖类、低聚糖类、黄酮类、糖蛋白类、甾醇类、内酰胺类等主要化学成分和薄层色谱法、分光光度法、液相色谱法、液相质谱联用法、红外光谱法、指纹图谱法、生物效价法、分子生物技术法等质量控制方法进行综述,并对存在的问题进行分析,提出了今后研究的方向。

| Abstract: | To provide a reference for the further study and the exploitation of the resources of coix seed, the authors reviewed related research of the chemical components and quality control of coix seed, the components of which are fatty acids and esters, coixol, polysaccharides, oligosaccharides class, flavonoids, glycoprotein class, sterols, lactam types.The main quality control of coix seed are thin layer chromatography, spectrophotometric method, liquid chromatography, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, infrared spectroscopy, finger printing method, biological titer method, the method of molecular biological techniques.The authors also analyzed the existing problems and put forward the future research orientation. |
