长期施肥对植烟土壤与烤烟产质量的影响

摘    要:为建立科学施肥制度,实现植烟土壤的可持续利用,采用长期定位试验研究不同施肥模式对植烟土壤和烤烟产量及品质的影响。结果表明:施肥尤其是(MCF)有机肥与化肥配施可显著提高烟叶产量、中上等烟叶比例和烟叶中氮、钾养分含量,并显著降低施木克值和氮碱比。与原始土壤和CK(不施肥)相比,长期施肥显著降低土壤pH值,其中MCF的pH值略高于CF(纯施化肥);另外,CF和MCF的土壤有效磷含量也显著提高。与原始土壤相比,CF的有机质含量显著降低,MCF则有一定程度提高,且MCF较CF显著升高;MCF对土壤全氮含量有一定提高,碱解氮含量较CK和CF均有显著提高;与CK相比,CF的微生物量碳含量有一定提高,但微生物量氮含量则有小幅降低,MCF可大幅提高土壤的微生物量碳、氮含量,其中微生物量碳含量的提升效果达显著水平。可见,有机肥与化肥长期持续配施不仅可以实现烤烟持续增产提质,而且可以减缓土壤酸化、提高土壤有机质含量和优化土壤微生物群落结构、改善土壤养分供应状况。

Abstract:In order to establish scientific fertilization system and achieve the sustainable utilization of tobacco-planting soil,a long-term experiment was conducted to explore the effects of different fertilization modes on tobacco-planting soil,yield and quality of flue cured tobacco.Results:Fertilization especially the combined application of (MCF)chemical and organic fertilizers could significantly enhance tobacco yield and high middle tobacco proportion,and the nutrients of nitrogen and potassium in tobacco leaves.Meanwhile,the Schmuck value and nitrogen-nicotine ratio were significantly decreased.Compared with the initial soil and CK(without fertilization),long term fertilization significantly decreased soil pH value,which was a little higher in MCF than in CF (pure chemical fertilizers);Additionally,soil available phosphorus content was significantly enhanced in CF and MCF.The organic matter content was significantly decreased in CF and enhanced in some degree in MCF compared with the initial soil,which was significantly higher in MCF than in CF;Soil total nitrogen content in MCF was enhanced in some degree,and available nitrogen content was significantly enhanced compared with CK and CF;Compared with CK,the soil microbial biomass carbon(SMBC) content of CF increased in certain extent,while the soil microbial biomass nitrogen(SMBN) content of CF decreased a little,MCF enhanced the contents of SMBC and SMBN sharply,in which the SMBC content was enhanced significantly.All above indicated that long-term combined application of chemical and organic fertilizers could not only realize the sustainable yield and quality increase of flue-cured tobacco,but also slow down the soil acidification,increase the organic matter content in soil,optimize the soil microbial community structure and perfect the soil nutrients supply.
