| 摘 要： | 为提高水稻秧苗质量和指导水稻生产提供技术支撑,以阳光香稻和新丰20水稻种子为材料,研究不同浓度MST种子活力剂(稀释0、5、10、15、20、25、30、35、40、45、50、100、150、200、300倍)对水稻种子活力和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:各处理均能提高水稻种子发芽指数、活力指数、幼苗干重、根系鲜重、根系干重、苗高、根系长度等各项指标。稀释40~45倍的MST种子活力剂拌种可显著提高种子活力,促进幼苗生长;稀释倍数升高至100倍以上时,2个水稻品种的种子活力及幼苗生长各项指标有所下降;MST在水稻种子处理的适宜浓度为稀释40~45倍。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the quality of rice seedlings and provide technical support for rice production, taking Yangguangxiangdao and Xinfeng 20 rice seeds as the material, the authors studied the MST activator of the dilution 0 (CK), 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 100, 150, 200, 300 times, which affects rice seed vigor and seeding growth.Results: Each treatment can increase germination index, vigor index, dry weight of seedling, fresh weight of shoot, root dry weight, height of seedling and root length.40~45 times MST activator promotes seed vigor and seeding growth significantly.The seed vigor and seeding growth of the two varieties decline along with the dilution multiple rising to more than 100.40~45 times MST activator is optimum for rice seeds treatment. |
