| 摘 要： | 传统体育是一个民族在长期生活中形成具有民族特色,能够反映出民族文化理念和精神面貌。在高校开展传统体育课程,不但可以保护和传承传统体育,同时为高校的文化建设增添新的特色。高校也可以通过传统体育活动来增加学生的民族自豪感和认同感,促进各民族间的和睦团结。高校顺利地开展传统体育要以适当的制度为前提,以优秀的传统体育课程体系为基础,以完善的体育配套设施为基础。

| Abstract: | Traditional sports is formed by a nation in the long-term life with national characteristics, and can reflect the concept of national culture and spirit. Developing traditional sports in universities not only can protect and inherit the traditional sports, but add new features to university cultural construction. Universities can also use traditional sports activities to increase student''s sense of national pride and identity, promote the harmony between the national of the unity. |
