中国西北地区耕地利用效率的时空格局分异

摘    要:为我国西北地区制定耕地利用规划和粮食生产布局提供参考,采用DEA模型测度西北地区2000年和2014年的耕地利用效率,并运用ESDA方法剖析其时空格局变化。结果表明:与2000年相比,2014年我国西北地区耕地利用的综合技术效率和纯技术效率呈一定程度的下降,并且二者在区域内部的差异增大;规模效率平均值有所提高,综合技术效率仍有较大的提升空间。2000年和2014年的耕地利用综合技术效率均具有显著的正向空间自相关性,表现出明显的空间集聚特征。2000年耕地利用综合技术效率较高的集聚区域为陕西东南部,2014年则转移至新疆边缘地区。

Abstract:To provide references for formulating the land use planning and grain production layout, The authors measured cultivated land use efficiency in northwest China in 2000 and 2014 by using the DEA(data envelopment analysis)method, and analyzed the differentiation of spatial-temporal pattern of cultivated land use efficiency by using the ESDA (exploratory spatial data analysis) method.Results: The comprehensive and pure technical efficiency declined in some extent, the difference of which increased inside the region;The average scale efficiency increased while the comprehensive technical efficiency had great growth and upside potential.The comprehensive cultivated land use efficiency took on a significant positive self-correlation characteristic with obvious spatial agglomeration features in 2000 and 2014.The comprehensive technical efficiency was higher in southeast Shaanxi in 2000, which transformed into the marginal area of Xinjiang in 2014.
