基于固相微萃取-气质联用分析贵州黄连的挥发性成分

摘    要:为贵州黄连的进一步开发应用提供依据,采用固相微萃取-气质联用仪分析贵州黄连的挥发性成分,使用峰面积归一化法对匹配度大于80%的可检索组分进行统计分析。结果表明:贵州黄连有29个挥发性成分,即29个化合物,包括酯类、萜类、醛类和烃类。其中酯类含量最高,其次是萜类,具体分布是酯类15个(74.89%)、萜类9个(16.40%)、醛类3个(7.62%)、烃类2个(1.09%),酯类中高于1%的11个成分的总含量为72.46%,其中以月桂酸乙酯的含量最高(25.99%),其次是癸酸乙酯(12.12%)、棕榈酸乙酯(10.44%)等。贵州黄连中的酯类是现有文献中没有记载的,属首次报道;环葑烯、α-可巴烯、反式-β-金合欢烯、β-甜没药烯、顺式-α-甜没药烯、2,6-二甲基-6-(4-甲基-3-戊烯基)双环3.1.1]庚-2-烯等也是其他地方黄连中所没有,高酯类含量是贵州黄连挥发性成分的明显特点。

Abstract:The volatile components in C.chinensis were detected by solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography-mass and then the detectable components with over 80% matching rate were statistically analyzed by the peak area normalization method to provide the basis for further development and utilization of C.chinensis in Guizhou.Results:29 volatile components identified from C.chinensis belong to esters (15),terpenoids (9),aldehydes (3) and hydrocarbons (2) respectively.Total content of 11 esters components with > 1% content accounts for 72.46% of total volatile components.The content of ethyl laurate,ethyl declate and ethyl palmitate is 25.99%,12.12% and 10.44% separately.The esters in C.chinensis from Guizhou is firstly reported.The volatile components of cyclofenchene,alpha-copaene,trans-beta-farnesene,beta-bisabolene,cis-alpha-bisabolene and 2,6-dimethyl-6-(4-methyl-3-pentenyl)-bicycle3.1.1]hept-2-ene are only detected in C.chinensis from Guizhou.In conclusion,the high esters content is an obvious characteristics of volatile components in C.chinensis from Guizhou.
