| 摘 要： | 入世后受到第一轮冲击的是政府而不是企业 ,入世首先是政府的入世。入世给我国政府带来的挑战是全方位、深层次的 ,如何按照WTO规则 ,合理确定政府经济职能定位 ,以顺应潮流 ,趋利避害 ,加快我国的经济发展 ,显得日益紧迫。
