| 摘 要： | 应用RT-PCR技术对扩增出500bp的片断进行测序,利用DNA Star软件与推导的氨基酸序列进行同源性比较分析,结果表明,同源性均为97.3%,证明为猪瘟病毒。同时与兔体交叉试验进行了比较。结果表明,2种方法的符合率为100%。

| Abstract: | The 500 bp gene segments from swine fever virus were sequenced by RT- PCR and compared homologically by DNAStar. The results showed that the amino acid homology was 97.3%. The results of the detection by RT - PCR coincided completely with that by rabbit-cross test. |
