柱穗山羊草远缘杂交育性的探讨

摘    要:选用柱穗山羊草分别与普通小麦、硬粒小麦和粗山羊草远缘杂交,发现结实率非常低。远缘杂交后代绝大部分有乳无胚或者有胚无乳;以普通小麦为母本与柱穗山羊草杂交,F1代分蘖率极高,植株性状出现中亲遗传或超亲遗传,杂交种回交或自交结实率非常低。

Abstract:Crosses were made between Ae.cylindrica Host Y127 and Ae.tauschii,Ae.cylindrica Host Y127 and T.durum Desf,Ae.cylindrica Host Y127 and wheat. The set rates of all distant hybridization descendants were extremely low and the dominant parts of seeds produced were abnormal,without embryo or without endosperm.The F_1 plants of wheat/Y127 gave many tillers, but the backcrossing or self-pollinating descendants produced few seeds.
