| 摘 要： | 在液体高压静电雾化过程中,如何匹配众多参数得到稳定的均匀液滴是该技术的关键和难点。为此,针对以上问题,建立了均匀液滴喷射过程的流场计算模型,应用FLUENT软件,通过参数的合理匹配,模拟得到圆锥-射流模式下的均匀液滴流和稳定雾场,并对静电雾化过程的流场和雾场的相关特性进行分析。结果表明,在场强很大的区域内,雾滴轴向速度也较大;在接收板附近,外部流动的空气对雾滴产生加速作用,使雾场区域发散。研究结果对静电雾化效果的优化有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | It is the most critical and difficult to obtain the steady droplet flow in the process of electrostatic spray under high voltage,which needs appropriate parameters. A calculational model is built aimed at the problem above. Using the FLUENT software ,the cone-jet model of electrostatic spray is simulated . By matching every parameters,the simulation of steady droplet flow and spray field of cone-jet model and relative diagram of characteristics are obtained.
