| 摘 要： | 渭北苹果是陕西省农村经济的优势产业和主导产业,在现有县域经济模式下存在区域品种结构不合理,缺乏统一的生产标准和管理体系,市场割据现象严重等问题,对渭北苹果产业的做强做大形成障碍。现提出以县域经济为基础的跨县域发展模式,通过跨县域与县域经济的有机结合,促进区域主导产业的协调发展,建议渭北苹果产业跨县域统筹品种结构,实施标准化生产,推进"渭北苹果"品牌的形成和发展,建立渭北苹果跨县域发展的运行机制和保障体系,提高渭北苹果产业的整体实力和市场竞争力。
