奶白菜核基因雄性不育系转育效果的评价

摘    要:以复等位基因遗传的青帮小白菜核基因雄性不育系00S107为不育源,采用杂交、回交和自交方法,向奶白菜可育品系AI023中转育核不育基因,首次育成了具有100%不育株率和100%不育度的奶白菜核基因雄性不育系GMS4.转育成的奶白菜核不育系GMS4与AI023的形态相似,株高、株幅、叶长、叶宽、叶柄长、叶柄宽、单株重等植物学性状的平均值及变异系数均接近于AI023.

Abstract:A multiple allele male sterile line of Chinese cabbage with green stipe, 00S107, was used as a source of male sterility, and crossing, backcrossing and selfing were applied to transfer the male sterility to male fertile line of milk Chinese cabbage, AI023. A new genic male sterile line of milk Chinese cabbage with 100% of male sterile plants and 100% of male sterility was obstained for the first time. Compared between the new genetic male sterile line GMS4 and the fertile line AI023 in botanical characters, they were similar on the average values and variation coefficients of plant height, angular divergence, leaf length, leaf width, petiole length, petiole width and plant weight.
