摘    要:通过对嫩江流域中下游地表水资源分析,初步确认,在上游加强森林水库建设,下游加强堤防林建设是减小中下游地区水患的根本途径。

Abstract:Surface water resources in middle and lower reaches of Nenjiang River Valley were analyzed.In conclusion,it is the basic way of strengthening forest reservoir construction on upper reaches and strengthening embankment construction on lower reaches for reducing inundation in the middle and lower reaches of Nenjiang River.
