吸盘式精密播种装置气力吸种部件流场仿真分析

摘    要:以吸盘式精密播种装置为研究对象,应用CFD技术数值模拟吸种盘不同吸孔直径、气源真空度和气吸室形状下气力吸种部件内气流的压力场,并进行试验验证。仿真结果表明:较大的吸孔直径可提高吸种能力,但气吸室内压力呈不均匀分布趋势,影响吸种性能;较大的气源真空度有利于提高吸种能力,且不影响气吸室流场的均匀分布;气吸室形状对吸种能力和吸种均匀性均不造成影响。试验分析与仿真分析结果一致。对于自制吸盘式精密播种装置,播种水稻种子时吸种盘上吸孔孔径2.0 mm左右、真空度为6.7~15.0 kPa时具有较好的吸种效果。

Abstract:The study object was precision metering device with sucker and the pressure field of vacuum seed-metering components was simulated under the different nozzle diameters of the sucker and the vacuum-pressures from different gas sources and the chamber shapes by CFD technique.The simulation results were verified by the experiments and showed that the larger pickup hole diameter could improve the vacuum ability,but it might cause an uneven pressure distribution in chamber and weakened the performance of seeds p...
