| 摘 要： | 【目的/意义】产业兴旺是实施乡村振兴战略的着力点,也是根本任务。通过分析厦门的产业发展现状,探索促进乡村产业兴旺的对策,进而实现乡村振兴。【方法/过程】选择厦门市同安、集美、翔安、海沧四个区的30个行政村为样本,进行问卷调查。【结果/结论】目前厦门大部分村庄主要的产业仍是第一产业,二、三产业的规模小,产业比例失衡,经济结构不合理,由此造成厦门村民的收入仍来自第一产业,青壮年劳动力外流。提出发展现代农业并以产业化思路经营、围绕支柱产业推进三产融合、建立惠及全体农民的教育培训体系并提高农民的组织化程度、完善资本下乡的制度设计与政策保障、搭建农村电商平台等,进一步促进厦门市乡村产业的发展。

| Abstract: | 【Objective/Meaning】Industrial prosperity is the focal point and fundamental task of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization. By analyzing the current situation of industrial development in Xiamen, this paper explored the countermeasures to promote the prosperity of rural industry and realized the rural revitalization.【Methods/Procedures】30 administrative villages in Tongan, Jimei, Xiangan and Haicang districts of Xiamen City were selected as samples for questionnaire survey.【Results/Conclusions】At present, the main industry in most villages of Xiamen is still the primary industry. The scale of the secondary and tertiary industries is small, the proportion of industries is out of balance, and the economic structure is unreasonable. As a result, the income of villagers in Xiamen is still mainly from the primary industry, and the young and middle-aged labor migrate.The development of rural industry in Xiamen can be further promoted from the following aspects: developing modern agriculture and operating with the idea of industrialization, promoting the integration of three industries centering on pillar industries, establishing an education and training system benefiting all farmers and improving the organization degree of farmers, improving the system design and policy guarantee of capital going to the countryside, and building a rural e-commerce platform. |
